Society of Environmental Engineers
The Society of Environmental Engineers (SEE) was founded in 1959 and is the professional home for environmental engineers in the UK. The Society is a registration organisation with both the Engineering Council (for CEng, IEng and EngTech) and the Society for the Environment (for CEnv).
We provide our members with information to help with the current job and long term career and access to training resources as well as representation and guidance through the professional registration process. A key member benefit is the subscription journal, Environmental Engineering which is sent to members six times a year.
Society Members work across the broad discipline of environmental engineering from contamination control to test and development.
If you are an environmental engineer, whether your concern is to ensure the environment can survive the impact of the product, or that the product can survive in its operational environment, then you should join The Society of Environmental Engineers.
