Tax Incentives for Brownfield Development and Innovation.
Tax incentives can play a key role in bringing contaminated land back into productive use. This seminar will help delegates navigate their way through the land remediation relief legislation. There will be guidance on the tools and processes to support them through the claim making process and alerts to some common pitfalls. The session will also review the potential for clients,
contractors and consultants to generate tax relief from the time spent designing new and innovative ways to overcome site abnomals.
