Tax Incentives for Brownfield Development
Tax incentives can play a key role in bringing contaminated land back into productive use. This seminar will help delegates navigate their way through the tax incentives legislation.
There will be guidance on the tools and processes to support them through the claim making process and alerts to some common pitfalls. The session will also provide an overview of the proposed modifications to the legislation and how they will support the delivery of the brownfield development objectives set out in the Housing & Planning Act.
