Quentin Hulm is Managing Director of Cornelsen Ltd. He has over 30 years’ experience in the remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater. Quentin is a specialist in process based remediation system technologies with an emphasis on system design and process risk management including innovative in-situ technologies such as thermal remediation and PFC treatment.

In a career spanning over 30 years, Quentin has worked for the USEPA in the 1980s before returning to the UK with Dames & Moore (currently AECOM). Having joined GRS Ltd. in the mid-1990s and after some years as General Manager, he left to establish Cornelsen Ltd.

As one of the founding members of RemSoc, Quentin is interested in the development of competency in all aspects of Remediation Implementation including and especially those relating to compliance and risk; be it personal, project or corporate risk.
