Roger Mabbott has led the UK Spill Association since it was formed in 2004, and overseen introduction of a national accreditation scheme, moving essential data on line with support of the industry and government agencies. Prior to UKSpill, a career in the shipping industry, involving cruise, ferry and shipbuilding management roles.
