Phoebe is an experienced personal injury Solicitor who joined Ashtons Legal bringing with her knowledge and experience of claimant asbestos disease work from a national firm, she specialises in multi-track mesothelioma, pleural thickening, asbestosis and asbestos-related lung cancer cases.
Phoebe works hard to secure justice for her clients and is actively involved with the Anglia Asbestos Disease Support Group, where she works to support victims of asbestos disease and their families.
Phoebe is active in business development, charity fundraising and is passionate about protecting those affected by asbestos, raising awareness using social media.
Phoebe is also recognised by the Association of Personal Injury Solicitors (APIL) as an accredited Litigator and is a committee member of the Cambridgeshire & District Law Society.

This seminar will focus on what employers can do to protect employees in the workplace and what we can do to protect ourselves from exposure to asbestos in our homes and workplaces. I will provide practical tips and guidance upon controlling the risks of harm to health. The seminar will briefly touch upon the work I do as an asbestos disease solicitor and my involvement with Anglia Asbestos Disease Support Group.
